How the LEERA Survey Works

  • LEERA analyzes the three key areas of workplace mental health: behaviors, communication and perceptions.
  • LEERA anonymity goes beyond GDPR compliance. It does not use cookies, ask for email addresses, or identify individual respondents in any way.
  • The LEERA team will provide aggregate results for every question at no cost. A deeper analysis and recommendations are available as a separate service.
